Customer Agreement & Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms (Binding Nature)
By accessing or using the JetVerse platform, the user (“User” / “Client”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
This Agreement applies to:
- The registered user
- Any person booking via user credentials
- All passengers included in the booking
The User represents and warrants that:
- They have authority to bind all passengers
- All passengers agree to these Terms
2. Nature of Platform
- 2.1 JetVerse is a technology-enabled booking facilitation platform.
- 2.2 JetVerse does NOT operate aircraft and is not an airline.
- 2.3 All flight services are provided by DGCA-certified NSOP Operators.
3. Operator Responsibility
The Operator is solely responsible for:
- Aircraft operation
- Safety and airworthiness
- Crew compliance [including FDTL norms]
- Passenger handling
JetVerse has NO operational control or liability.
4. Booking & Payment Terms
- 4.1 A booking is confirmed only upon full or partial payment and Operator confirmation.
- 4.2 JetVerse may decline bookings, reassign aircraft, or substitute aircraft with a similar category.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Definitions
- Operator: DGCA NSOP holder
- Positioning Flight: aircraft positioning before boarding
- Force Majeure: events beyond control [weather, ATC, DGCA, etc.]
5.2 Cancellation by Client

| 72–48 hours | 80% refund |
| 48–24 hours | 70% refund |
| < 24 hours | 30% refund (70% retained) |
5.3 Special Conditions
- After positioning starts → Positioning cost fully chargeable
- No-show → 100% chargeable
- Exception: documented medical emergency
5.4 Refund Timeline
Refund processed within 7–14 business days.
6. Delays & Rescheduling
6.1 Client Delay
Delay beyond 60 minutes may result in additional charges and Crew/FDTL implications.
6.2 Operator Delay
JetVerse will arrange alternate aircraft OR provide full refund.
6.3 Force Majeure
JetVerse bears no liability for delays caused by Force Majeure.
7. Flex Protection Model (Optional)
Users may opt for JetVerse Flex Protection:
- Fee: 5–8% of booking value
- Benefits: relaxed cancellation terms, priority rebooking
- Note: Positioning cost remains non-refundable.
8. Pricing & Charges
Booking may include aircraft hourly charges, fuel surcharge, ground handling, airport charges, and taxes.
JetVerse reserves the right to revise pricing due to operational factors or pass through third-party cost changes.
9. Passenger Obligations
Passengers must provide valid ID, comply with aviation security, and follow crew instructions. Failure may result in denied boarding without refund.
10. Compliance with Law
All bookings subject to DGCA regulations, NSOP rules, FDTL norms, and airport authority guidelines.
11. Limitation of Liability (Critical)
JetVerse shall NOT be liable for flight delays, cancellations, aircraft issues, passenger injury or death, baggage loss, or regulatory actions.
Financial Cap: JetVerse liability is limited to the Total booking amount paid only.
12. Indemnity (Platform Protection)
User agrees to indemnify JetVerse against claims by passengers, misuse of platform, or regulatory violations.
13. Data & Account Security
User is responsible for account security and actions via login credentials. JetVerse is not liable for unauthorised use.
14. Aircraft Substitution
JetVerse / Operator may replace aircraft with comparable category. No compensation applicable.
15. Force Majeure
Includes weather, ATC restrictions, NOTAM, DGCA directives, and political unrest. JetVerse is not liable.
16. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, India. The language shall be English. The award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
17. Jurisdiction
Courts at Pune, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Platform Rights
JetVerse reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel bookings, or deny service without liability in case of breach, fraud, or regulatory issues.
19. Operator Mirror Contract – Key Clauses
For our partner operators, the following terms apply:
- Rate Lock: Operator agrees to a fixed rate schedule for the agreed term.
- Cancellation Symmetry: Operator charges shall not exceed client-facing cancellation terms.
- Insurance: Valid hull and passenger liability insurance is mandatory.
- Indemnity: Operator indemnifies JetVerse for regulatory or safety violations.
- Service Level: Defined confirmation response time and documentation compliance are required.
20. No Agency Relationship
JetVerse is not an airline, operator, or agent of the passenger.
21. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full agreement between the User & JetVerse.
